They have explained to their customers that only people with access to the digital coaster will be able to get special discounts and rates. If they scan the coaster, they will see new offers each week that will only be available to them and no-one else.

This is an added incentive to keep the coaster visible, on the desk and scan it each week.

Gas Garage

Is a local vehicle repair centre with a very busy forecourt.

Purchased just a single coaster along with their One Card for an innovative time saving use.

Whenever a customer came into the garage, they wanted to take down the contact details.

The coaster is now at reception and each time a customer comes in, the swipe their phone on the coaster, save all the contact information directly to their phone and fill in the short form which is tailored with users adding name, phone number, vehicle, vehicle registration and job.

This is then integrated directly into the garage's database so they have a record of the car and job.
